The TANK Anti-Burnout Program
The anti-burnout program for teams who want to do their best work, sustainably.
Reduce your team’s burnout risk by 20%+ in just 8 weeks.

Teams we have helped run on a full tank

The risk of burnout is higher than ever.
Work has changed, but the way we work hasn't. The result? Burnout is at an all-time high, damaging your people's health, their performance, and your reputation.

This is the reality for WHS leaders, directors, and executives:
Legal Liability
You can now be held personally responsible for failing to prevent psychosocial harm. “We didn’t know” won’t hold up.
Compliance Pressure
Safe Work Australia has named construction, health care and social assistance, and public administration and safety as priority industries for psychosocial risk management.
Talent Drain
Burnout is pushing your best people out the door. Replacing them costs 6–24 months of their salary, and in sectors like education, healthcare, and professional services, the talent pool is already dangerously shallow.
Productivity Hit
Chronic stress can reduce productivity by more than 30%. Plus, teams are missing the skills they need to thrive in this new world of AI and technology that is blurring the boundaries around work.
Failing to prevent burnout is risky, costly, and increasingly indefensible.
The TANK Anti-Burnout Program measurably cuts your team’s burnout risk in as little as 8 weeks, without compromising performance. We’ll help your people perform better, with less stress.

Introducing The TANK Anti-Burnout Program
Not just another stress management workshop
The TANK Anti-Burnout Program provides a structured training program that creates real change for your employees both at work and at home.
Supported by an app that integrates anti-burnout systems in your team’s day-to-day, we also offer a range of shorter workshops and group coaching to address specific issues like stress, recovery, connection and resilience.
How the TANK Anti-Burnout Program works
Your team begins by completing a burnout risk assessment. All individual results stay private, while the combined insights show us exactly where to focus for maximum impact from the onset.
In a focused 90-minute session with your team, we unpack your team’s burnout risks and guide each person on creating their own tangible, personalised anti-burnout systems that they can put into action straight away.
After the session, we’ll provide 3x focussed sessions at 2, 4 and 6 weeks after the workshop, integrated into the team’s regular catch-up times. We’ll support them in iterating and improving their personalised systems, as well as help them troubleshoot any barriers that are preventing them from fully implementing it.
We’ll provide dedicated one-on-one support for your team lead over the next 6 months, acting as a sounding board, problem-solver, and accountability partner. This ongoing guidance ensures burnout prevention stays on the agenda and momentum isn’t lost once the initial program wraps up.
