a square tile with the header "festival of flourishing" in bright pink, above a line drawing of a young woman with long dark wavy hair watering yellow and orange flowers growing out of her head. Underneath it says "30 September - 1 November" and below that "Beat burnout and find your way to flourishing"

Welcome to the Festival of Flourishing!

A 30-day journey filled with fun, bite-sized experiments to help you beat burnout and find your way to flourishing

What to expect:

Every day from Monday 30 September to Friday 1 November, we'll guide you through a different activity.

We'll only feature activities that the research has shown to be effective. They'll all help the average person to fend off burnout and help them to flourish.

But we know you're not average, so the Festival is really about helping you to discover what truly works for you.

Each week, the activities will focus on a different theme. At the start of each week, we’ll send you an email with the ‘bingo card’ for the week's activities:

Week 1: Reducing Stress
Week 2: Amplifying Your Recovery
Week 3: Tuning Your Energy Gauge
Week 4: Less Willpower, More System!
Week 5: Reflecting on What Works
