We've made a couple of updates to the TANK app that we're excited to share. Some are small, some a bit bigger, but all of them are designed to help you beat burnout just that little bit more easily. You'll see these when you next update the app.

On the 'my week' screen, we've added some great new features.

You can now:

  • see how your time is allocated by activity each day
  • add an activity directly from this screen
  • log your mood after completing each activity, so you can get more detailed insights into what's draining your tank vs. topping it up
  • log your mood any time during the day, and/or for the day as a whole

We’ve also made some small changes on this screen:

  • you can tap to complete, un-complete or edit an activity
  • no more auto-completes - all activities work the same way now (note: this will mean activities that have autocompleted in the past may show up as incomplete - if that happens, you can go back and complete the ones you most want to keep track of)

Here's what 'my week' looks like now:

We’ve also overhauled the 'insights' screen, so you can:

  • quickly see how your stress / recovery balance is going
  • check how your mood has tracked over the week
  • get recommendations to reduce your burnout risk
  • easily access your end-of-week notes

Too much stress with too little recovery, and too much time in the high-energy zone of the mood map, are the two big early warning signs for burnout. These new features help you spot the red flags, and suggest ways to reverse them.
